Order & Customization
How do I customize my T-shirt?
Choose your art color and garment style (50/50 blend tee, 100% cotton Bella-Canvas tee, crewneck sweatshirt, or hoodie) in the product options or in the not at on the purchase page. Add any special requests or your color choice in the notes at checkout. If you don't specify an art color, we'll automatically use White or Black depending on the Item.
Can I personalize the shirt with a name on the back or sleeve?
Yes! For select items, you can add custom text to the arm or back for an additional $8. Purchase the "Customize" item in the "Custom" category and include your personalization details.
What sizes are available?
Check the color/size charts in each product's images to see which sizes are available for your chosen garment style. Some size's are limited on certain clothing.
Do you offer tank tops?
Yes! We can make most items into a tank top. Text me your request and I will send you a payment link.
Production & Shipping
How long does it take to make my custom item?
Your custom item will be ready within 3 business days. If you order on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, your 3-day production period starts on Monday. We'll notify you when your item is shipped or ready for pickup.
What are the shipping times and costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We also offer local pickup to save on shipping costs.
Where can I pick up my order?
We offer pickup at two locations:
- Dream Xtreme Gymnastics in Vacaville, CA
- Near Laurel Creek in Fairfield, CA
If your items does not list a pick up option - please text to make arrangements.
Is Delivery available?
We do some deliveries depending on your order. Most deliveries include wholesale orders, businesses, fundraisers and schools.
Care Instructions
How do I care for my custom clothing item?
To keep your design looking fresh:
- Wash inside out
- Avoid liquid fabric softener
- Tumble dry as usual
